Description: The training targets coaching/mentoring as a method to increase professional and personal development at multiple levels from the corporate executive to the new hire and from the twenty-something to the newly retired and all age students. Business and personal coaching/mentoring focus on enabling others to find empowerment and take their development to the next level.
Through the training, participants advance their current coaching/mentoring knowledge and skill sets achieved from experience, training/CEU, and/or academic education.
As an option, you may earn 9 Graduate credit hours or 9 Undergraduate credit hours--available to those who meet the university standards, prerequisites, and successfully complete requirements.
The credit is issued though the Cooperative Credit Program at Lindenwood University, which is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
With an emphasis on ethics as critical to successful practice, the skills presented include brief coaching as well as other methods and techniques.
